Really good location for exploring the city in the day and evening. Easy to find. Room was modern and potentially recently refurbed. Also liked the art deco front of hotel. Smooth check in and out, clean, comfortable and huge bed.

The thing that stood out the most was the staff…so friendly, down to earth and most helpful. In particular Ella, Eli and Natalie were superb at their job and full of great personality. The hotel itself is very modern with fantastic leisure centre/gym. The beds were also very comfortable 🙂

For a budget hotel, i did not expect a big bright room in the front of the station, bath incredibily well thought, not luxury, but everything you need and extra clean. There was the option of a firm or soft pillow, the bed was super comfy, had hair dryer and everything you would need even for a night stay. I left at 4.50 in the morning as i had a flight and the man at check-out had already prepared the breakfast setting and offered it to me, even though the breakfast was officially starting at 6.30.

Brilliant location for exploring Bristol. Not too far from the main station, right across the road from a shopping centre with everything you need in it. Went to an event at SWX and was great close walking distance to get home after. Staff were more than happy to accommodate requests (checked in a little early, extra waters, etc). We had 3 people in the room and were comfortable for space but if we had all had big luggage it might have been a little more squished. All the lights and lamps are controlled by one switch which I did know from past reviews but is still a little annoying when you just want a bit of light not all the lights. Would happily stay again

The Novotel Bristol centre is a lovely hotel just a short walk from the Temple Meads train station The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and a small sofa. The bathroom shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold dishes. They were kind enough to give us an extended check out. Highly recommended
