Property/room exactly as described/pictured by host. Great location and easily accessible by public transport. Very clean and comfortable with provided toiletries and bottled water/tea and coffee making facilities. Host very helpful and information and communication pre stay excellent. Great value accommodation for the area and would definitely book again.

Location is amazing with its own direct access to the O2 , mega convenient. We had a room overlooking the Thames which was pretty amazing, bathroom was fully stocked with lovely soaps etc.

The decoration was amazing and the restaurant was really good. Also the staff was really helpful. Tje room was really beautifully decorated and large enough. It was so clean. They renewed the water and the coffe everyday as complimentary. I booked this to be close to O2 arena and it was really very convenient to get there. It is also possible to go to the center via one bus.

Conveniently located, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the ‘Aldgate’ underground station . My room was spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and helpful. My husband accidentally forgot his wedding ring on the table lamp and the staff found it and securely kept for us to retrieve upon our return from Edinburgh. The breakfast offers a wide range of options. I highly recommend it for its great location, room size, and service.

    The apartment is spacious for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not very clean, there was no toilet paper, and it was a strong smell of mold. One of the sliding doors of the cupboard is broken, so one can not benefit from the full space inside it, but it was not a problem for us, for such a short stay. The bathroom was very cold, the heating system is not very efficient in the bathroom and kitchen, but very good for the rest. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from refurbishing and some updating. The cooker is old and quite dirty and there is no microwave. Also, there were no towels, so if you plan to rent this kind of accommodation consider bringing your own. There was no lining for the couch in the living room, so if you bring extra people, consider bringing that too.
