Beautiful old building that has a quirkiness which a hundreds year old converted building has The staff was so friendly. Needing an inexpensive place to sleep on my travels, The Holt was perfect with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows and a shower that was bigger than most I've experienced in England..

This brand new hotel has a flawless finish, everything is modern and comfortable but what makes this really shine is the warm welcome and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. We particularly loved our balcony, comfy robes and xl bath sheets. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, can't wait till return!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Throughout my stay, I encountered no issues or inconveniences, thanks to the exceptional service and efficiency of the staff. They were readily available to answer any questions. One of the standout features of this hotel was its charming eating area – warm and inviting atmosphere. The tasteful decor, comfortable seating, and pleasant ambiance created the perfect setting for enjoying a delicious meal. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and provided exceptional service, making each dining experience a true delight. Fabulous hosts. Extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic place. The Dukes ancestors still frequently visit the pub. It is known to have been visuted by the Churchill family in the days. Ala in all a cozy pub with fine foid drink and accommodation. 15mts drive to Oxford.

Warm friendly welcome. Unbelievable service. So helpful. Welcome treats in our room. Lots to see just short drive away. Blenheim palace, Diddlysquat farm, Rousham House and Gardens, the Costwolds and more. Excellent restaurant, locally sourced produce, listed in the Michelin guide for the quality of the food. Excellent bar food. Gardens immaculate. EV CHARGING point. Plenty of room in the carpark. Jim the owner was an absolute ⭐️

Me and my partner went on a small road trip to Blenheim palace and decided to spend the night around there. Our bedroom was very spacious and cozy, nice decor and beautiful house. Breakfast was excellent, the owner made sure to accomodate all of our requests. The house has a very nice library, the breakfast room had the fireplace on which made it even more warm and welcoming. We got some tea, water and milk in our room and milk is delivered fresh every afternoon. Great collection of DVD and movies. There are some very interesting and useful instructions in the room for things to do or places to eat. Beautiful experience
