I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hotels, near the Hull Train Station, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff's politeness and professionalism were immediately evident, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt welcomed throughout my visit. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist added a personal touch to the overall experience, making me feel like a valued guest. One of the standout features of this hotel is its peaceful ambiance. The tranquility within the hotel was remarkable. It provided a serene retreat, allowing me to unwind and enjoy a restful night's sleep. The location itself, right next to the Hull Train Station, proved to be incredibly convenient. Whether I was arriving or departing, the proximity to the station made my travel logistics seamless. Additionally, being centrally located allowed easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area, enhancing the overall convenience of my stay. The hotel's attention to detail in both service and ambiance did not go unnoticed. Clean and well-appointed rooms, coupled with a welcoming atmosphere, contributed to the overall positive impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Hull area.

The Staff were amazing. On arrival we were made very welcome by Myra and Jayden with lovely freshly baked cookies. The rooms were very comfortable and a good size. And very comfy large bed and a fabulous walk-in shower. The Main bar was lovely, airy, modern and there we got looked after by more amazing staff. Matthew, Sara and Lisa was so friendly, fun and helpful. Breakfast was greeted by the lovely Nigel and waiting staff were so attentive. I must say it was a lovely selection at the buffet for veggies like myself! it was a pleasure to chat with Andrew the bars Manager. Its wonderful to see how much he takes pride in his work and team. I must admit that i do travel alot and left the hotel feeling like friend not just a guest. A lovely 3 days spent here and shall be be back. thank you to all the team.... well done! Karen (Spain)

    We liked the location, very peaceful and restful. Wonderful ,welcoming hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful, clean accommodation and a well equipped and stocked breakfast room which could also be used for takeaways etc.
