The property was clean and modern. Equipped with everything we required. Located in a perfect position for our Tunes in the Dunes trip. Lovely little site not far away from the town, just a short walk down to the town and beach.

The place was amazing, nice modernized rooms, rate incl breakfast which was great and better choices compared to standard English hotels, staff was extremely nice and accomodative. Price was very good value. Would definitely stay here again next time for this price category

The Hotel was lovely, and very clean. We were especially happy with a spotless bathroom and starched linens, the bed was very comfortable, we were able to totally darken the room at night. It was wonderful. The staff is very accommodating, for example they opened the bar for us after 9pm. Breakfasts were very tasty. The village of St. Agnes is lovely and has beach access. From here we also toured to Lands End and Minack Theatre, it was fine. We wished we had spent three nights instead of two. A very nice hotel which we highly recommend.

I was so delighted to be able to host three guests with light meals and tea that I prepared in the kitchen for afternoon chat during my stay. The house was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the stylish design gave me a luxury feeling. The public transport connection was very good between Truro and Redruth. They run a small grocery store downstairs, so you can cook healthy meals at home.

The owner is an amazing host, helpful with her local knowledge and genuinely cares about the comfort of her guests during their stay. The breakfast is excellent with vegetarians catered for. The setting is quiet and idyllic and the property has been completely modernised to high standard.

    I feel could be better equipped ie kettle on gas hob took 15mins to boil.decking needed maintenance. Awelcomeoack incloflocal emergency numbers and owner themselves. TV had a back of turning on and plug in bathroom area useless But overall had lovely time will ise again....
