Location is excellent for exploring east Suffolk. The A12 is close by, yet it is very quiet. Apartment is very comfortable and airy, with lots of space to store things in bedroom. Good shower.

Lovely large room with everything we needed in it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was really nice. All the staff were so friendly.

    Bed, sofa comfortable, shower hot.

    Bed, sofa comfortable, shower hot. Wi-fi terrible, TV kept dropping out. Place was grubby, bins were not emptied, floors not cleaned, list of DIY jobs needed. The bedroom had no bedside lamps just an exposed bulb which never worked. The bedroom thermostat did not work. The green at the back was nice for the dog.

    Absolutely execilent very clean very beautiful but.......... Do. Not expect to get the best sleep on the world's most pointy mattress. memory foam mattress topper would make me come back to visit though .
