Impeccable location for my trip and added bonus of EV chargers in the car park. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, replying to my queries ahead of my stay and even supplying me with a mini fridge for my room.

Absolute perfection the whole place. Stayed there as a family for Tina Turner tribute. The organisation was incredible. So family friendly. The walk back through the zoo to the hotel was so well supervised, lights everywhere, staff every few meters making sure everyone is safe. Next morning went to kids play area fully energised. The hotel parking is very close to the actual hotel so packing up the car was no trouble, big trollys available if needed.. Everything was so nice, pleasant, well organised. Usually family get away especially last day is chaos but staying at this facility it is just so well worth the money. Very lucky to have this in Yorkshire.

We got a very warm welcome by a lady from Belfast, sorry didn’t get her name. We were allowed check in early which we welcomed as had a very early start and were v tired. Also managed to get a lovely complimentary coffee on arrival…
