It was very close to Universal Harry Potter studios. My daughter and I walked there from the location. It is located is a very cute villiage that has a few pubs and playgrounds. They had plenty of fans to keep it cool which was nice in the heat wave.

Great location. Taxi driver found it difficult to locate but otherwise no problems. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic buffet breakfast but very clean and plenty of food. My kids were thrilled helping themselves. Rooms were perfect. We had 2 interconnecting rooms for a family of 6. Great location to walk for courtesy bus to Harry Potter Studios. Pizzas are delicious. Staff were very accommodating storing our baggage while awaiting room and we went for a walk into Watford for food.

What a lovely little place this is. Close to warner bros harry potter and only 30 minutes into london (5 min walk to the station) the staff were very accommodating i had a great stay!
