Fantastic place. The caravan is perfectly located a short walk away from all the amenities. It was also spotless and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, so other than your food, there is nothing you'll need. We only booked a short break as we wanted to try the place 1st before committing for longer. I will definitely be rebooking! Hilary -the owner- was also very flexible with checkout time. This was an added bonus that made the experience an even better one.

The location is everything and more. From my bedroom I enjoyed fields with grazng Canada Geese from the adjacent RSPB Pagham Harbour Reserve. It really is that close. There is a short walk down a quiet lane to the start of a raised path to a hide overlooking breathtaking vieww over the marsh land. St Wilfred's church is on your right as you walk down to the marsh and then out on to the Shingle bank and spit. I walked to Selsey along the England Coastal Path.. What a treat. Amanda was outstanding as a host and she is creating an even more amazing experience with her new indepent entry facility. Very exciting and will please even the most picky client. Loved the Elms and am intending to rebook soon.

    The park was very busy, our accommodation was excellent, the beach is stones rather than sand, the park is big with entertainment split between a couple of sites which are i distance apart but once you know what you like its easy to work if you are with elderly relation you would need a car, but there is a reliable bus service that runs every 30 minutes through out the site and it is needed due to size of site. the site has 24 hour security who are very good and helpful, we met Adrian first day who explained everything to us and gave us the map of the site even thou he was very busy at the time. through out the site staff are friendly and help where they can. ideal for a family who like to walk as the beach has great views looking towards Portsmouth and the isle of wight.

    We stayed at Seal Bay.

    We stayed at Seal Bay. Although the pools at Seal Bay are large, they let too many people in at one time. You get an hour slot and there are long queues for the flume and the pools are so packed you are unable to swim. My son is coeliac and apart from a jacket potato, salad or chips there is not many gluten free options in the restaurants or outside catering. The beach is in front of the complex and when the tide is out there is some sand and you can go crabbing off the rocks. The village of Selsey is very nice with family friendly places to eat and you can walk by the sea along the promenade for a few miles to the RSPB.

    We loved everything !

    We loved everything ! It was quiet and peaceful where we were with plenty to do for x2 teenagers. The communication with the owners were amazing, the van has everything you need, clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We will be back !

    Lovely beach everything near and clean Asda was near the caravan site lovely cheap takeaway near and cafe had some lovely breakfast out every morning and so.cheap can't wait to go back in August for a week

    We go every year, our kids love Selsey, the pool is great with slides and lots to do all round, the only down full is unfortunately it’s very expensive! The best place to eat is the Boulevard in Selsey high street the staff are lovely and the food is fab. They have the best sweet shop too called Dinkys!!

    Small quite little village very pubs around all very welcoming .big asda superstore as you come in but still some small shops that take there time to help you lovely beaches all though.thay are stones ideal for dog walkers full of roads with bungalows in them streets kept clean and tidy

    Vincent and Teresa are fabulous hosts, warm and friendly and being able to use their heated outdoor pool was fantastic - my 7yr old son absolutely loved it. Selsey beach is a short walk away and great for a stroll. 20 minutes to the beautiful sandy West Whittering beach. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you for a lovely last minute holiday at the end of summer!
