Really clean, really nice place to stay. I didn't see any staff there, they need to put at least a picture of the owner haha :) They text me every detail on what's app they send me a picture of everything that i need i just go inside like i am at home. Perfect organisation. If i go to King's Lynn i definetely will go to this house again.

Absolutely loved everything about it. The staff were fantastic. We were helped with our luggage to the top floor & our room was quirky & quaint whilst spacious. The food was absolutely fantastic & Lauren the chef is outstanding in her trade but also interacting with guests. Would definitely go back just for the experience

Can't think of anything to dislike about this hotel. The location was brilliant for the Theatre, just across the square - about 30 seconds walk! The shopping area was practically next door. Car parking on site (£10 per day) Lovely bar area, serving food. Good buffet breakfast. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening, due to going to the theatre - but it looked as if it would be lovely. The room was spacious and well lit, bed and pillows, comfy.

The location was perfect for me, as I'd spent 4 hours on a train and it was only a short walk away. The bed was really comfortable - I had the best night's sleep in ages! Ben was an absolute star - he called to check when I was arriving, and sent full instructions on how to get in out of hours. It was great value for money and the fact it was above a pub was the icing on the cake. I'll definitely be coming back.
