A wonderful stay . The hotel is close to the beach. The level of service is personal , very welcoming and was outstanding . Nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was made to order and was delicious. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Our fault missed breakfast.Did not see the time it ended. The receptionist the nght before was so pleasant and helpful it made us feel so wellcome I am sure in the morning she would have offered us coffee instead of theres a MacDonalds round the corner Thank the young lady for us

We absolutely loved the location. It is atop a hill so a fairly steep climb but once you are in the city, castle and cathedral views are phenomenal! The Holi and Bhang restaurant serves some delicious food. The selection at breakfast was nice too. Excellent hospitality.

    We love our own space, so this little house was perfect for...

    We love our own space, so this little house was perfect for us. Well placed for visiting Durham, the beaches of Seaham where we collect sea glass, Dalton Park Retail Village and many other places. There's a little patio too which would be great for a barbeque in better weather. Great communication from the host, who is extremely helpful. We will definitely book again.
