The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable visit. Our room was spotless and everything from a coffee machine to ear plugs not that they were needed! Beds super comfy and a superb English breakfast included in price. I wish all establishments could be this good with such great staff. We will be back for sure! Also superb location, 1 minute from seafront and shops etc.

A lovely place to stay with everything we needed. Grateful for the fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Linda was very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect too - just a short walk into the heart of Sheringham.

We booked to stay for two nights at the Fishmongers Tavern – off the cuff, you might say. We had such a nice stay and enjoyed the restaurant to the extent that, as we checked out - we booked to return. Really nice place as well as being good value.

The whole experience was excellent. From the welcome - thank you Eli tothe breakfast - thank you Claire. We could not have been made more welcome. Claire was especially nice and such a lovely lady. Eli was so very attentive upon our welcome. The view from the room was lovely. The breakfast was extremely good with a varied choice, all served by the lovely Claire.

    The location was so convenient and quiet.

    The location was so convenient and quiet. We visited the Animal Sanctuary , Cromer , Holt and Aylsham by bus . Also Fellbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall with long walks after the bus rides. Went sightseeing in Norwich on our last day . Had we stayed longer we would have gone on the steam trains for a day.

    Sheringham is a good old fashioned seaside resort.

    Sheringham is a good old fashioned seaside resort. A great hub to access other locations locally. It has easyily accessible buses and trains, loads of chip shops, cake shops ice cream shops, cafes and pubs! The perfect holiday combo's. There's a steam traim that runs to Holt, rail trains running regularly as far as Norwich, buses to every resort on the north coast, loads of walking routes, cycling and kayaking too. Once you've been here, you will want to come back.

    Went for a day trip on the train but then decided to make it an overnight stay. It's a small quaint town with typical seaside attractions and eateries. The high street shops consist of charity, gift, antiques, vintage. Lovely to walk around on the coastal path admiring the victorian houses and picturing times gone by. A lovely day out

    beach great, local buses to other spots regular and clean transport, a lovely atmosphere with plenty of families using the beach. A really nice place, we also visited Cromer and Wells next the sea and Holt. A steam train ride to Holt is a must. Also the fish and chips were great thanks (Daves)

    A delightful small sea side town. Excellent museum. Good bus links to the local area, excellent coastal path walks. Rail access from Norwich. Also, the charming North Norfolk steam railway with excellent cafe. Great base for exploring the stunning coastline and villages.

    Just a lovely little town with friendly locals and close to...

    Just a lovely little town with friendly locals and close to many places worth visiting, on the coast path which was amazing for us and various National Trust properties too. Great places to eat locally and within easy walking distance, it really is well worth a visit and not as overpriced as other places on the North coast of Norfolk. Highly rate Fat Teds too, well worth a visit!

    Breakfast (Full English) was superb and well worth the money. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. My room was nicely decorated, spacious and immaculate. There was a chair for sitting in my room (Room 3) which hasn't always been the case at other hotels. It was a 5 minute walk to Sheringham train station or the beachfront. I even managed to get parked right outside the property. It was quiet at night.

    Lovely house, sympathetically modernised - our room was large with plenty of natural light. Very friendly and helpful hosts and a great breakfast, and just a short walk to the centre of Sheringham which has some good restaurants for an evening meal. Camberley House is an ideal seaside base from which to explore N Norfolk - we’ll almost certainly come back to stay again!
