Free upgrade from internal room to Park View room which had a bay window so was larger than my friends Park View which did not have a bay window. Breakfast options amazing, food quality excellent (no anaemic bacon or sausages, nice and brown, sausage had flavour too, eggs cooked to your liking, fruit tasted very fresh, multiple milk options for DF, multiple bread types, etc). All of the staff were professionally excellent, helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

At last a hotel with decent lighting in the room. A designated space to sit in front of a mirror with great lighting and a plug socket to get ready at. The little things are important. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our 1 year wedding anniversary so special. A card and Prosecco on arrival, all the staff wished us happy anniversary and even our desserts said happy anniversary. The food was 10*. So so amazing!

Our room overlooked St Clements bay area but not a beach to visit because we had a car we travelled around the Island and found some good sunbathing beaches. Outside the hotel are bus stops that can take you around also to the busy area of St Helier with good shops and restaurants

Easy access to most points of interest in Jersey from here by car or public transport. Good seaview and beach accessible to walk on. Quite a busy road though and late night noise from the function room meant it was difficult to sleep with windows open.

St Clements was a pleasant little town.

St Clements was a pleasant little town. There was an excellent pub The White Horse, serving food. A Marks and Spencer food hall and pharmacy and an excellent bus service. All buses were on time for the week I was there. I would recommend a bus pass for £35 that lasted a week for any amount of journeys

Nice little area by the sea with quite a fast moving tide.

Nice little area by the sea with quite a fast moving tide. This was good to watch from our hotel room as it came up the beach. Not really a beach resort like St. Brelade's but certainly suitable as a base while visiting the rest of the island. Not too far away from the restaurants and shops in St. Helier and close to the beaches and harbours on the south east coast.

We arrived late, but check-in was still smooth. All the staff in the hotel were courteous and very helpful, with always a cheery greeting. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel was really clean despite the odd bits of scaffolding that is needed to complete the repairs after storm Ciaran. We had a hire car and the car park at the rear has plenty of space. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with large comfy beds. The hotel is also on a main bus route, with buses every 15 minutes to St Helier and Gorey.

Lovely traditional guesthouse with outstandingly friendly staff, incredible breakfast, nice dining room. A well-tended place with flowers outside. The staff were very helpful as regards leaving luggage. Great room with plenty of tea and coffee on hand. So much more comfortable and enjoyable than a standard hotel. Really felt at home.

The bar people offered great service and the food, drinks, and room were all perfect. Could not offer any faults to this hotel. Really had a lovely stay.
