The Old Red Lion is such a quaint little property. Jackie was absolutely lovely and so helpful. The food was amazing, and bed VERY comfortable. I’d definitely recommend and will be staying again!

The room was clean with a nice garden view and the shower is clean and refurbished. The room was cleaned and our beds were made every day. The towels were changed after 3 days although we did not request it. It is very quiet if you need to work. Sheila (the owner) runs everything with honest care and she is always very helpful

The staff was so welcoming and nice, room was big, clean and tidy. Super dog friendly. Pub was great, I am vegetarian with very bad lactose intolerance (cannot have anything with milk). There was nothing on menu for me but the lovely staff figured out a food for me and it was the best thing. We are just sorry that we didnt have any pounds left on us as we were leaving the country next morning. These people deserve all the money!

    Thame is a very nice small market town.

    Thame is a very nice small market town. There are some very lovely medieval buildings in the high street and a nice church where Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees is buried. It is a very good base for cycling either to the north, north-west to Oxford or south to the Chilterns. There is the Phoenix Trail which will take you to the base of the Chilterns. Lots of nice tea rooms and good parking either in the centre of the town or in various car parks near the high street.

    I like the room , it was very comfortable.

    I like the room , it was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool was very good. The food was very good and the dining room was very clean and tidy. I can recommend Hilton to my friends and relatives.

    ok for business travel would not use otherwise as rather expensive for what you get and food is not great. Our Gala dinner was nice albeit not much of it!!! Staff were ok albeit slow!!! especially with the coffees

    I had a lovely stay although very short as travelling and staying for work purposes. However the bath plug did not fit and kept emptying the bath. All staff were very pleasent and helpful where needed.

    Great town for the day and an overnight stay, but probably lots to do if you wanted an extra night. There are a lot of excellent pubs that also serve food and some decent shops. Very attractive high street and places of interest close by. Everything within walking distance of our hotel The Spread Eagle

    Thame is beautiful and historical.

    Thame is beautiful and historical. A variety of venues for eating to cater for all tastes and budgets. A lovely market on Tuesdays. The Midsomer guided tour took longer than advertised but was packed with information about the venues used in the series as well as local history

    Very comfortable and clean property within walking distance of Thame's high street. The complimentary wine and orange juice were nice touches too. The host was lovely and very accommodating, allowing us to remain parked at the property after checkout while we explored Thame. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

    The views from the bar are fabulous. This made our meal more enjoyable. The hotel is quite small and intimate, we used the spa facilities which were nice. Our rooms were very nice, with a large bathroom, the small balcony was a nice surprise.
