Everything excellent. One thing I found as an oap getting out of bath .found the soap products extremely oily and had an issue sliding on bath mat although wall had a grip handle hands oily to grab one to watch

Professional yet warm and welcoming, smooth and stress free, everything seemed to be running well:bar, restaurants. It must be a great company to work for because there was lots of happy friendly helpful staff who really went out of their way. I felt safe, I was impressed with the stellar company ethics vis a vis shelter. What a gorgeous building and perfect location I look forward to going there again. Thank you

all staff I spoke to was very friendly and polite, the room was perfect for my needs, the dining room and bar area was very clean, breakfast was just what you needed to start the day. I will definitely book again, hopefully spend more night visiting my sons family, very soon.
