The location was exactly as required for our purposes. The house was warm and cozy when we arrived, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The hosts were friendly. The welcome basket of treats and essentials were very much appreciated.

The receptionist helped me with my bags . As there did not seem to be a lift. I loved breakfast. Very tasty and lovely. The heads were very comfortable. Lovely and clean rooms. The bar was very nicely decorated. Very pleasant stay.

Very warm welcome by the host; clean and beautiful room, tasteful breakfast: a good idea to ask guests what they want for breakfast by filming in a form you drop in the hall before going to bed! Location very good at the main gate of Drum Manor Forest Park with the mysterious looking old ruined manor.

Our host Rob and Nicola were so welcoming! They made us right at home. The property was beautiful and our room very comfortable. Loved the gardens, the happy cats and donkey. Would certainly recommend to stay here! Keep up the great work Rob!

    Location was less than 10 minutes from Cookstown…lots of places to eat, beautiful garden, beautiful interior of home and responsive and wonderful hosts. At times could hear noise from shared wall with owners. Would have liked some good mugs for coffee instead of fine bone china teacups.

    It is very beautiful big house . Every thing you need they have it. Highly recommend. Beautiful location very safe and very peaceful location . Very green and clean area Very good environment around this house . Specially early morning view and morning walk 🚶 around this house is beautiful no words to describe. Host is very welcome lady very helpful very friendly and kind. Blessed her and her family. I will be back every year for my work and also soon will be back with my family.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
