Pretty much everything! From the friendly welcome, the gorgeous rooms, the lovely view and the fabulous food - it was all spot on. Special thanks to Mel on reception who was really helpful and knowledgeable. We had a bar meal and the serving staff were excellent, then the same at breakfast. All in all, a very enjoyable stay with the whole party planning to recommend The Royal to everyone in the Isle of Man!

    The whole experience was a disgrace. Poo in the toilets, hairs in the dirty beds, toaster didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Heaters didn’t work. Toilet seats falling off. Oven and cleanliness was unacceptable
