I cannot fault it. It was my wifes birthday and we had a very nice time. The chef knows his stuff. the food was great and breakfast was everything you could wish for. Staff were very helpful. We would if the chance comes like to return there.I would recommend it to everyone.

Perfect location in the middle of a lovely borders village directly on the St Cuthberts Way. Village Shop and great local pub within a minutes walk. Great food in the pub with friendly locals. Outstanding customer care by property owners. Beautiful property and very well maintained and equipped. Lovely Continental breakfast provided.

Kirk Yetholm and the end of the Pennine Way. This is a great way to end the day. Warm and welcoming hosts and superb accomodation. Amazing rooms and lounge and breakfast room. Home cooked locally sourced breakfast was superb.

Steph and Ned are lovely hosts. The room is spacious with an additional sitting area overlooking the village centre. The atmosphere is very relaxed and Steph and Ned go out of their way to make a wonderful stay. They provide a wide breakfast choice which caters for everyone's taste. The village has a pub for evening meals and a useful shop The surrounding area is very attractive with Town Yetholm being a goood base to explore the region from. A B&B I'd thoroughly recommend anytime.
