It’s was just beautiful. Very close to Hampton Court Palace. The rooms were immaculate. I felt like I was in a Dickens Novel! We were there at during Christmas period and I was so lovely decorated for Christmas time! The best stay.

It's an amazing place to stay. At the reception, they'll give you a card key and kindly explain how to open the door if you arrive late. You start enjoying the beauty and thoughtfulness of the hotel as soon as you go upstairs to find your room. It seemed that they thought of every little detail, everyghing is just stunningly beautiful. Finding the room isn't difficult—the signs are painted on the walls and seem like part of the design. There are also paintings on the walls that catch the eye. Although the room is relatevily small, it's just charming. There's a wooden table, a fireplace, a fresh newspaper, and a large chandelier—it's the perfect setting for "English aristocrat"-style photos. Besides being a great place for photos, the room has everything you need to relax: a kettle, cups, glasses, nespresso machine, coffee and tea, a large TV, and a wonderfully soft bed. Both sides of the bed have nightstands and power outlets—very convenient for charging all devices. The bathroom is nice and has all the necessary amenities. The towel warmer works without any issues, and there's soap, shower gel, body cream, shampoo, and conditioner—all with a lovely fragrances. The hotel also has a pub, which I highly recommend visiting. You don't have to leave the building—the entrance is right off the hotel corridor. The margaritas were delicious. I highly recommend trying the sausage roll. The staff are also increadibly kind and polite. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was really good. The location was ideal, about five minute walk to the train station and all amenities were within a few minutes walk. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to fulfil any of our requests and to ensure all our needs were met. Our room was one of the smaller ones as per booking but I was impressed by the unique design which allowed for maximum use of space in the room. The hotel provides a comfortable stay in an ideal location, close to attractions, transport routes, and only a short walk into town.

The Harbour hotel was a delight to stay in. Comfortable beds, lovely decor in the room, we stayed in a superior twin room. The bathroom was spacious and the spa was really lovely. The outside hot tubs we particularly enjoyed in the early morning sunshine! The staff were fantastic, Milena at reception was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Richmond!
