The host was very nice and their khachapuri is delicious. They speak little English, but they were enormously helpful and proactive with understanding what we needed.

The road to the mountains was closed so we needed a place where to stay 1 night before they re open the road. We found this place and loved it. Very comfortable room, great staff, great bed. Really lovely accommodation! Wifi worked very well!

It was a great stay. Hostess Mamuka is an amazing person and very friendly. We were greeted with real Georgian hospitality - we sat around the campfire in the evening with a glass of wine, talked, toasted, sang songs. It was very homey. In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast in the garden. I must say that the territory of the hotel is very large and cozy. There are small isolated places where you can sit with a company, or retire, lying in a hammock with a book, or take pictures in the garden. There are improvised volleyball and basketball courts and swings. I had the pleasure of doing yoga in the garden and it was truly wonderful. I would recommend this place, including for conducting some retreats, especially in the warm season. There is also a closed room on the territory, ideal for celebrating some events, and for group yoga, for example. The place is very quiet and peaceful. I would really like to go back there again!

The room and the bathroom were clean. Our host Maka was very pleasant and helpful. She speaks four languages - georgian, english, german and russian. We were very satisfied in Maka's guesthouse and we absolutely recommend this accommodation. And don't forget to order breakfast! Although you don't eat everything because no one has such a big stomach. And everything Is home-made. Enjoy it!

We stayed here for 3 nights very comfortably, with beautiful views and adequate facilities. There is a restaurant/cafe just next door, and a shop within a few minutes walk. I would recommend it to anybody staying in Ananuri.

Loved everything! The guest house itself, the delicious authentic local food, the gorgeous view of the mountains and the river Ilto below! You can't find a better place; it's convenient and close to Akhmeta. And, of course, Iza and her staff were friendly and hospitable! And sitting in the evening by the fireplace and drinking cold Kakhetian wine from clay bowls while having a snack churchkhela is priceless!
