Amazing place, cute little house close to the river and right next to the forest. The place has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The place is quiet, you won't see or hear any traffic, It is a perfect place to get away from the busy life. The hosts are amazing, met us with sparkling wine and a box of chocolates. Gave us some tips on what to see around and even walked us through the forest to the river bank. Will definitely return to this place.

Everything was absolutely great! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very cozy. It fully matched the description and even exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and everything we needed was available – from a hairdryer to kitchen utensils. Well-equipped, comfortable hotel with clean beds and spacious rooms (we were in a family suite with two bedrooms). Location is far from the city centre, but this didn't turned out to be a major problem as we used the cheap Yandex taxi service. Staff was also flexible in ensuring us an earlier breakfast.

Mariam, Reception staff, was very helpful and nice person. It was our first night in Tbilisi and she made us so relaxed and happy. We enjoyed our conversation with her about Georgia’s history and culture. She also helped us to know about good Georgian restaurants, nearby exchange places and general smoking rules in Tbilisi !
