Everything was absolutely great! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very cozy. It fully matched the description and even exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and everything we needed was available – from a hairdryer to kitchen utensils. A special thanks to the host for being so welcoming and responsive – everything was organized at a high level.

Well-equipped, comfortable hotel with clean beds and spacious rooms (we were in a family suite with two bedrooms). Location is far from the city centre, but this didn't turned out to be a major problem as we used the cheap Yandex taxi service. Staff was also flexible in ensuring us an earlier breakfast.

My stay at HOTEL WEST TBILISI was nothing short of delightful. I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the beds, which were paired with high-quality linen, ensuring restful nights. The amenities were a highlight of my stay. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, both of which were accessible to guests at no extra cost. This added a level of convenience and luxury that enhanced my experience significantly. Moreover, the hotel's hospitality was remarkable. The staff’s attention to detail and their eagerness to assist made me feel well taken care of. It was hard to believe that HOTEL WEST TBILISI is rated as a 3-star hotel; my experience was definitely more aligned with that of a 4-star establishment. In summary, my stay at HOTEL WEST TBILISI was a blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. The staff and the hotel really deserves our highest recommendation. Apart from it being super spacious for our family with royalty feeling that our kids especially loved, and with a brilliant sheltered parking in such a central location, the staff went out of their way to help us and to bring us two times things we had forgotten at the hotel. 10 stars from us!!
