Super nice hotel with great service. Rooms are fresh and comfy, nice amenities in the bathroom and cosy bathrobes. Reception staff was very professional and accommodating. There is a big well equipped gym. Great location - close to the city center but a bit outside of touristy area. Amazing restaurant on the rooftop with great options for dinner and breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We requested for an early checkin as we were arriving at 8 in the morning. We were provided with a room without extra costs. Hotel is generally very clean. The breakfast is simple but nice. Location of the hotel is also very good, it is in the quiet part of the old town with walking distance to metro and lots of touristic attractions. Thanks to the location, you can enjoy a quiet night sleep while being close to areas you might want to visit as a tourist.

The place was clean and comfortable. Staff amazing Tamari and Catherine especially, they both made as so welcome and were helpful with tips such as recommending a good places where to eat and what to visit. Nice view from the hotel window , walking distance to old city . I can highly recommend this place to my friends . When we arrived the surrounding area outside hotel didn’t look impressive , however, that is the Tbilisi - contrasts of new and old buildings but overall our stay extended our expectations .

Possibility to order lunch, dinner inside hotel with reasonable prices plus 10 % discount with delicious foods! The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The shower is working properly, which is very rare for the hotels in Georgia. Rooms are very clean and bright. Receptionist is absolutely lovely and speaks both Russian and English. Breakfast was very nice as well) Definitely will choose this hotel again while traveling to Tbilisi.
