Absolutely amazing place. Welcoming staff. The building is newly built, all is fresh new and fresh clean. Comfortable feeling everywhere. The cottage is near attraction Uplistsikhe, just 10 minutes drive. The rooms is very clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was so delicious.

Definitely the best hotel we lived in Georgia for the budget price. Delicious and variable breakfast. Helpful and hospitable staff. Swimming pool and spa are great bonuses to relax after long trip. We would be happy to stay here one more time in the future!

the helpful receptionist showed us the parking space behind the hotel when the parking lot in front of the hotel was full, the room was spacious and pleasant, the hotel has an elevator, only the pool was obviously the hotel's but also open to the public, so sometimes it can happen that there are swimming lessons for children and the pool during that time it is not accessible to others. In addition, even if you have really short hair, you have to wear a swimming cap, which can be rented at the hotel, but we were a little amused by this fact.

the location is excellent and the city centre is about 400m away. Everything you can do by foot. This hotel is a family business and you can feel the famous Georgian Hospitality. The rooms and facilities are brand new and in wonderful conditions. You can use a nice balcony and a patio for sitting together in larger groups an have a barbecue is available as well. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. A big kitchen is located in the first floor, where a traditional Georgian breakfast is served. You can cook there as a guest as well.
