This apartment is a family runned apartment with an exceptional service. As someone with 20 years experience in managering some of the best brands hotels in uk; i found my stay here very comfortable. I was well looked after by all that i came across. The host and owner went above and beyond for all their guest. Every guest i came across had only great things to say. The room was very clean, beds were great. Kitchen and equipments worked very well. Above all the safety aspects of my stay was amazing. I felt safe when i was in the compound and when i left. I will 100% be staying here again. Thank you very much to owner and host Mery-Ann and Dr. Appia. Thank you to the drivers and the team. You made my stay very comfortable and took away a lot of my fears of staying in ghana to bury my father. I will never forget the kindness you showed me.

I stayed at the Sanga Estates Apartments, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, my room was well set up and clean, and the environment was wonderfully quiet. The WiFi was reliable, ensuring my Zoom meetings were never interrupted. It was easy to locate on maps and convenient to arrange transportation using both Uber and Bolt apps. The service provided surpassed what I paid for, making it an excellent place to stay while in Accra. Though I don’t always tip, I felt compelled to do so this time. I highly recommend it.

    It's not a fantastic place.

    It's not a fantastic place. No computer at all and no reception. Wood everywhere, a bit laidback setup. Black and White square floors and Black and White bathtub. No free freebie toiletries as said, no English Continental breakfast as said. The worst road leading to the guest house, that I've ever seen. But realistically, they've got excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly and accommodative. The owner abroad as well, a good guy. It is not quite, but if you've got this as the only budgeted affordable moderately costly accommodation to stay at, you just carry on staying, until you find somewhere nicer, cosier and relatively the same amount.
