We adored this place. The host, Flo, is lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are big and well designed: they have everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and there are blackout blinds so we slept like a dream. The pool is glorious and because there aren't lots of rooms often it feels like you have a private villa. Watching the hummingbirds come and go as we were sunbathing was a real favourite of ours. It has very chill, relaxing vibes. Flo is on hand to give you all the information you need, whether it is her thoughtful sheet on the best restaurants in town, or the Guadeloupe guide she has created. Flo also helped us to book restaurants.

We loved everything there. First of all the friendly employee, Willy, and the owner, Marie. Since arriving we felt like home. Everyday we had a wonderful breakfast and Marie and Willy. I stayed in a lot of hotels but never had a breakfast like this. Fresh bread and fruits with a some special local meals. Marie and Willy helped us to hints what to do on the island. There are nice beaches close by. For us the best beach was in St. Anne, which is approx. 15 minutes away.

This is a fantastic residence. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments 'Colibri' which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a few themes over our stay, we also enjoyed the Creole evening.The pool area was immaculate. We had a great welcome from the owners who spoke excellent English and they allow guests to continue to use the pool area and a bathroom if they are catching a late flight which is always really helpful. I highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

    Saint Francois has hidden restaurant gems, including some that are not listed on any app but deserve to be recognized. Special mention to L'Autre Version, which has been totally renovated, is under new management, and has an amazing menu and wine list. On the negative side, Saint Francois needs to have its roads renovated and add more parking spots.

    Enjoyed the fact that it was not a big crowded resort- 8...

    Enjoyed the fact that it was not a big crowded resort- 8 bungalows and 3 apartments in the main building meant small amount of guests; safe, gated enviroment where privacy and laid back, leisurely passtime was possible. Only drawback, for those who are beach lovers,, the best beach was at the village of St. Anne, about 15-20 minutes drive away, but worth the drive! However, a short drive into Saint-Francois where there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Beware! if you are driving, the locals tend to drive extremely fast on the very narrow and pot hole roads !

    Unfortunately much of what St-Francois and Ste-Anne had to offer is lost as a result of all the sargasse seaweed that comes to shore. The smell is horrendous and completely ruined the south and east sides of Grande-Terre. Recommend avoiding.

    Saint Francois is a lovely resort on the Island .Everybody can find here everything what he wants to have-nice beaches,good restaurants,shops,services,trips.Bus transport could be better organized and it is not too much reliable

    We loved our location away from traffic and noise.

    We loved our location away from traffic and noise. Saint Francois has everything we needed including easy access to the rest of the island of Grande Terre. Lovely restaurants on the marina and nightlife if that's what you want. It is very close to Pointe du Chateau, the easternmost tip of the island which was magnificent and worth the trip.

    We have visited St. Francois 3 times and keep coming back.

    We have visited St. Francois 3 times and keep coming back. Although the town is not too large it has plenty of restaurants and boats to the other islands run daily. We hire a car but you could get away with a taxi to/from the airport (35km) and the occasional local bus trip.

    This hotel was a "little gem" The rooms were well appointed, the view was outstanding, and the concierge was well versed and offered multiple ideas for the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, breakfasts and the afternoon refreshment after a day of exploring the island. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly appointed. We spoke very little English yet we were able to communicate our needs and the staff was very understanding and worked with us to figure out what we needed. Perfect place.

    We arrived from Europe. We were surprised by the excellent cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The rooms shown in the photos correspond to reality, even exceeded our expectations. It is nice that there is a washing machine and a coffee machine in the room. Wifi works great, there is air conditioning, which is especially necessary in such hot weather in Guadeloupe. The owner of the room is very kind, responsible and explained everything perfectly. Ten points!

    Wonderful property, well located, close to St François, and all facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and roads to access to the Grande Terre. The villa is very clean, well equipped, benefiting from nice swimming pool and vast jacuzzi. The garden is very green, well maintained and you have the impression to be isolated and protected in heaven with the two terraces. Very clean, well maintained by Sandrine.

    I absolutely loved the place. It is a fully equipped home away from home. It has a nice terras deck in the front and lovely garden in the back with deckchairs and a jacuzzi. Best are the hosts though. Fatima and Hervé awaited me and during my stay Hervé would app me tips about the area for food, events and sights. I would definitely stay here again.

    - big room and bathroom - all what is needed for a kitchen corner, small but ok - the area of Manganao complex with swimming pool and sandy beach, green spaces is excellent - very open and helpful owner, prepared also for the worst cases (water cuts from weather supplier occasionally during nights) - good value for the money
