Intimate hotel. Rooms spacious and nicely decorated. Large bed with a comfortable mattress (however divided). Special thanks to restaurant & others staff - high level service by nice people -Markus, Maria, Costas, Kristina and the whole team. Good food (orange juice & coffee could be better). Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. Mr. George Operation's Manager as well as Alexandra, Roula and all the staff was really helpful and hospitable. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach, is just two steps away. The staff is doing great job. Food is great. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variaty of greek food and much more. Fresh salads, sea food. 2 Swimming pools, very fancy, Moderną and brand new furniture. The garde is very well kept. Beautiful flowers. The room was very clean and the furniture tulish and new The music i the evening very good. If you book All Inclusive you can enjoy very good coctails, local spirits Highlt recommend.

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

From the moment we opened the door to our suite at Galini Palace, we knew we had found a special place. The view from our balcony was unbelievable — deep blue sea stretching out forever, with the mountains in the background. The bed was extra comfortable, and the room had every modern amenity we could want. We especially appreciated the black-out curtains and soundproofing — we slept like babies. The pool area was elegant and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and poolside service. We also tried the breakfast and dinner buffets, and both were amazing — fresh ingredients and lots of variety. This is the kind of place where you truly recharge. Worth every euro.
