Nice apartman. Big parking area. Fantastic view from the balcony (bay, Skiathos Island). Great sandy beach (100 meters) with two perfect restaurants, two bars and two stores. Swimming pool! Super breakfast. We absolutely enjoyed our stay (I was there with my daughter). Price is OK!

I recently booked a vacation at Agrielia Studios Katigiorgis, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment we made our reservation, Anna and Monica who were responsible for our booking, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their exceptional assistance in every detail made the process seamless and stress-free. Anna’s warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel like we were already at home even before our arrival. If you’re looking for a place where hospitality is key, look no further than Agrielia Studios Katigiorgis.The room was perfect ,location perfect, free stuff to use as yours (electric bike,sub,fishing equipment, free beach towels, surprise small gifts ,full equiped kitchen outdoors and many more),magical beaches of pure nature close ( 5 to 15 minutes by car and 2 beaches by foot) without many people,everything was exceptional. I can’t wait for our next future stay !thank you, Anna, for all your help!

The guesthouse is recently renovated, with great taste both inside and outside, materials used seem to be of very high quality. Bathroom is very spacious, beds are comfy (although they are more on the sturdy side, but this is something we like). They cleaned our room every 2 days, during our stay towels were changed twice, and sheets once. The room had a balcony with a lovely sea view, and especially enjoyable summer breeze in the evening. There is a tavern next to the guesthouse where we enjoyed delicious greek food, the tavern is open from 8am to 10pm. The prices are moderate for 2024 (souvlaki 8 euros, moussaka as well, fish and other sea food ranges from 10 to 16 euros). Since it's situated right across Skiathos, there is a water taxi that goes from Katigiorgis harbor which is 15mins away by car. The price for water taxi is 20 euros per person per way, and usually it goes twice within every hour. Overall we had a really pleasant stay and we will definitely return sooner rather than later.

Beautiful and clean accommodation. Near the small supermarket, excellent restaurants, bars but in a quiet place and a few minutes to the beach. There is also a bus stop nearby. There was coffee available in the accommodation, which was very nice to cook in the morning and plan trips around the island with her. Very nice staff.

The hotel is incredibly nice, great service, everyone were extremely friendly. Good roof top restaurant with astonishing view. We've booked a room with the see view and it was breathtaking, from our room's balcony we were able to see the sunset. The room also was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. In several minutes are located very nice beaches.

    We absolutely loved staying here, the owners were so warm and welcoming, it was excellent hospitality. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s so beautiful and a 1 minute walk and you are on the beach, 30 seconds and you are relaxing in the pool. A beautiful slice of paradise. The tavernas next to the sea served v delicious food. The atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. We spent long lazy days on the beach cooling off in the crystal clear water. A perfect location.
