We chose this hotel and did not regret it, the room was clean, cleaning every two days, also the room offered towels for the beach, which is very convenient. I was at the hotel for my birthday, when the owner of the hotel found out about it, she made us a surprise, decorating the room with flowers, we were surprised. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, there are also many different restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of 2-3 minutes. On the day of departure we had an evening flight, and the owner allowed us to stay until 3 so, really appreciated that. I definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Bali Diamond as a couple with another couple of friends, and we all absolutely loved it. It's a small family run hotel, with super friendly helpful staff, especially Eva at reception, and Chrisoula, who created the magnificent daily breakfast banquets. It's very well located for the airports as well as all the points of interest locally. I recommend this hotel very highly. Immaculately clean, well designed, lovely pools and terraces, with a relaxed yet smart atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is just superb! Best location in Bali, with a stunning view of the bay and the mountains behind the hotel. At the same time, the staff is just super friendly and accommodating, they told us they want the experience to feel less like a hotel and more like a home, and they definitely succeeded with this.

Everything! Hotel amazing , room fabulous had a sea view. Staff were so friendly .. pools 3 were clean .. loads of sunbeds .. food was really good lots of local dishes as well .. choices couldnt more wider or well cooked and top quality…

First and formost, the staff was AMAZING! So thoughtful, helpful and accomodating. My mither fell ill during our stay and they did everything possible to make her comfortable. The location is great, great tavern just. A Few steps away. Clean rooms and surroundings, store right across the street

perfect sand beach. large spacious rooms. excellent view from the window, if you are on the second floor, it does not matter whether it is a view of the mountains or the sea. It's good that you don't have air conditioning in the dining room, but only a windmill near the coffee machine. There is another one of the same kind missing in the opposite corner of the room. This allows people at least not to catch a cold while eating. Breakfast and dinner are not as mega varied as in 5-star hotels, but there is always plenty to choose from. and the food is very tasty. Thank you! I will definitely come to you again. p.s. You can get to the hotel and back from Heraklion from the KTEL bus station for 5.40 euros, but the bus is usually late by 15-30 minutes. The bus only runs every 2 hours!!!

The Hotel Is Located At The End of Bali, Which Is Reached Every Hour By A Wonderful Train with A Breeze. Incredible Rocks, A Small Cave, Turquoise Water, Catamarans, Huts On The Hills, Tasty and Friendly Karavastasi Tavern Made Our Vacation Unforgettable!
