We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. I truly appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Arrived to such a warm welcome which continued for the week we were there , nothing was too much trouble and so helpful , spotless clean and great view from our room , bus stopped right outside which was handy as we had stayed in chania for a few days prior, great value for money accommodation

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people and it had alot of room. For such a busy and popular hotel it was so clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and has a huge selection of food in the all inclusive. The walk to the town was only 2 minutes

This is definitely the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room itself is very spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and a large terrace with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. The hotel is located across the road from the first line, and within 5 minutes, you can already be at the beach. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, and the staff is friendly. There was an option to pay extra for all-inclusive, but it wasn’t necessary for us. There are nice cafés and restaurants nearby. In the evening, there was sometimes entertainment for children, but after 11 PM, the hotel was very quiet. If I visit Agia Marina again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

All of the staff we so friendly, helpful and lovely. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect. They upgraded our room, gave us a welcome drink, booked taxis, gave recommendations for places to eat and drink, leaving gift, the list goes on. It is the best hotel experience I have had, probably ever. BOOK THE 2 BED SEAVIEW APARTMENT!! It is amazing! The rooms still look brand new, so clean and well looked after. The beds are comfy too which is hard to come by. The pool is small as some people have commented but it really doesn't matter when you have a huge stretch of private beach with loads of sunloungers. It's the perfect place for friends and couples as its very chilled, only a 20 min drive from the busy Chania old town, has everything you need close by and brilliant staff that care about you having a good time on your holiday.

    We have stayed in Agia Marina five or six times over the...

    We have stayed in Agia Marina five or six times over the years and it was the first place we visited in Crete over twenty years ago. Although we like to think that we do not return to places and have travelled the world, we have been to Crete at least fourteen times and have gravitated towards Agia Marina. Now in our late 70's, we are comfortable in the knowledge that it is a safe place to holiday, with a good range of accommodation, a predictable climate for the most part, some good restaurants and shops and the people are welcoming and friendly. It is also a short bus ride or taxi (about 8 miles) from Chania, for a change of scenery, a fantastic Venetian harbour and a good range of shops and restaurants.

    Agia Marina has a great long beach, lots of lovely...

    Agia Marina has a great long beach, lots of lovely restaurants like KriKri, Koupes, Spiti, Mythos, many shops and super markets and other services you might need. Also locals are so friendly and nice. Just a little walk or drive to Platanias area with more great restaurants (Kyano, Milos etc) and many many opportunities for shopping as well. If you are looking for nice jewelry I can recommend Ira Jewelry in Platanias. And easy to get to Chania town that is only about 9 km away. Public transport works well as do taxis.

    Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Nice beach also. Good bus route into Chania. Our favourite restaurant was Nymfi and could have easily ate there every evening. The food was exceptional, as was the service and ambiance and decor were really great. Our 2 meals there were as good a dining experience as we have had and we eat out a lot. Highly recommend. We hired a car for our stay and the accommodation had its own onsite parking. Highly recommend accommodation.

    Never been to Crete before but will return.

    Never been to Crete before but will return. Chania is nearby - a decent walk or short bus trip (10km) and is worth a day out. The beaches at Agia marina are superb. The whole area is so clean and everybody takes pride in keeping it that way. Restaurants were the best we've been to for the full week. Couldn't fault any of them on quality, quantity and service provided. Can do excursions if that's your thing with the most popular being Elafonisi, Balos and Samaria gorge.

    Lovely location to stay in with lots of shops restaurants and bars close by to visit A lovely beach which was clean and had facilities such as restaurants and bars also water sports close by. We hired a car locally and got a better deal than using main hire companies

    This was my 5th stay at Agia Marina.

    This was my 5th stay at Agia Marina. I return each year because it feels just right. No huge hotels with all inclusive, well, few are, but just few. Very Humble place, tons of restaurants, shops, cats and beautiful sea.

    Chrispy Beach is all we could have asked for and more. The premises itself has been pristine , comfortable & perfectly located feet from the warm clear sea. The staff have been profession courteous & sincerely welcoming & warm. That is everyone from at reception , housekeeping , breakfast staff plus the pool & bar staff and the lady in the mini market . I would highly recommend this hotel experience to anyone considering staying in the Chania location in Crete.my son & I Hope to come again. Thank you.

    We were in Elia Agia during the wedding of our friends. The hotel is very small, comfortable for 3-4 nights. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. There was a good choice of different types of breakfast. Staff always helpful and happy to help anytime. They were giving fresh towels everyday and also they offered a shuttle from the airport. To Chania city centre it's around 40min. I didn't see any public transport there, so it's good to have a car or motorbike.

    Situated on one of the best stretches of beach for a perfect beach experience, in a well developed area of Agia Marina and bus stops right outside, to access Chania town. The hotel staff make you feel like they welcome you into their family, best customer service I have experienced. Cleaning staff did a great job consistently. The room was exactly the right size with the right necessities inside.

    Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment in nice quiet location just off the main street. Close to numerous tavernas and shops, and about 2 mins walk to nice beach. Free parking on street just outside. Good place from where to explore the Western half of Crete, 15 mins drive into Chania (or about 1/2 hr on the bus) and 1 hr drive to beginning of Samariá gorge hike.
