We chose this hotel and did not regret it, the room was clean, cleaning every two days, also the room offered towels for the beach, which is very convenient. I was at the hotel for my birthday, when the owner of the hotel found out about it, she made us a surprise, decorating the room with flowers, we were surprised. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, there are also many different restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of 2-3 minutes. On the day of departure we had an evening flight, and the owner allowed us to stay until 3 so, really appreciated that. I definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Bali Diamond as a couple with another couple of friends, and we all absolutely loved it. It's a small family run hotel, with super friendly helpful staff, especially Eva at reception, and Chrisoula, who created the magnificent daily breakfast banquets. It's very well located for the airports as well as all the points of interest locally. I recommend this hotel very highly. Immaculately clean, well designed, lovely pools and terraces, with a relaxed yet smart atmosphere.

Incredible experience. The Staff was extremely friendly and always eager to help (Ria, Raef and Nina thank you again). The Pool and Beach areas were very nice and the views from the Bay were astonishing. The Town had everything you need and in a 30 minute drive you get to the old Town of Rethymno, which is always special. We will surely return to this Boutique Hotel, our girls loved it and they had a blast.

I am impressed by the kindness and the professionalism of the staff! The hotel is really comfortable, with a wonderful garden, private beach, clean and safe swimming pools and stunning views over the the sea! The rooms are extremely clean, calm and comfortable! Lovely location over looking the beach and the mountains. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Lovely pool which again overlooked the mountains and beach as did our room. The all inclusive had a good range of food on offer for breakfast and lunch. Even with the few issues with the restaurant, I'd definitely go back.
