Fantastic place—spotlessly clean, scenic, and extremely welcoming. We spent five nights here and were so impressed by the high standards of everything. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep amidst the mountains.

Amazing family hotel with exceptional interior and exterior architectural design. A true classic diamond in the area. Very close to village square, about 5 minutes walk and close to forest. If you are seeking for a tranquil place that’s the best place to stay. The place was super clean, the breakfast amazing and the owners really nice. They helped us and prepared quick meals for our one year old daughter.

The room is big enough for 3, and gas everything you need. Very nice host, though he doesn't speak English with good will and Google Translate we arranged everything. Private parking behind the hotel. Excellent breakfast - coffee, tea, eggs, cornflakes, yoghurt, jams and honey, cutlery and cheese, bread and toasts. We were in the area off season, I think two nights we were the only guests in the hotel. So it was very quiet, but in the evening the restaurant wasn't open. So we found very good restaurant right near the hotel. The location is convenient, you can go by car to many attractions around, and the village itself is very picturesque.

Unique experience - this guesthouse is operated by a friendly local family in their traditional Zagori-style house. It is entered by a lovely courtyard with a flower garden, in full bloom when we visited. Seems like entering paradise. Our comfortable room had a balcony with stunning view of the village and surrounding mountains. Good breakfast including some traditional food and homemade jams. The guesthouse cannot be reached by car but it is just a short walk from parking places

WOW!!! This hotel is nothing less than "home-away" The location at Kipoi village was great for our tour around Zagoria. Melina the owner, who is a resident of Kipoi, is such a great and welcoming host. The rooms are well designed and give a warm feeling. Breakfast was very good.
