Everything was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful, the room was absolutely worth it, clean and spacious. The pool was very big and it was generally a pleasure. Would definitely come back! And also, last but not least, the Halcyon restaurant with its amazing dishes and excellent service. Congrats and keep up the good work!

Riviera was a very pleasant stay. New, small and cosy hotel with a "familiar" atmosphere from Nikolaos family, and manager Apostolis. The area is very busy with many good restaurants, but not special noisy. Good breakfast and other meals at the hotel restaurant. The beach area of the hotel is very nice, and beach boy Alban take care of all your needs.

We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – 5 Stars! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views and every luxury you could ask for. The amenities were top-notch – from the serene spa and modern gym to the stunning pool area and delicious on-site restaurants. Breakfast offered an amazing variety of high-quality options I would like to mention a few members of the staff Megi, Ioanna, Alkioni, Zoi and Panos! Thank you!

A wonderful place, a beautiful and well-maintained hotel with heated pools that were very comfortable even in October. We travel a lot, but this was the first hotel where the staff operated at the highest level. Very caring and attentive. One for all and all for one. A highly cohesive team that the hotel can truly be proud of. Great food and atmosphere. Definitely consider this hotel for your next trip!

Everything it was simply stunning and the owners are wonderful We arrived late and still got some food organized and the welcome was so warm I’ve never experienced such pleasure in hosting as I have there I would highly recommend it to anyone Beautiful house, wonderful staff and owner and exceptionally good food in an amazing location What else could you wish for?
