Intimate hotel. Rooms spacious and nicely decorated. Large bed with a comfortable mattress (however divided). Special thanks to restaurant & others staff - high level service by nice people -Markus, Maria, Costas, Kristina and the whole team. Good food (orange juice & coffee could be better). Management and Staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating and I was very pleased with the stay as the whole family were. Staff went out of their way to make your stay better and were exceptionally friendly. We would certainly come back again to the hotel as many people seem to also do.

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

From the moment we opened the door to our suite at Galini Palace, we knew we had found a special place. The view from our balcony was unbelievable — deep blue sea stretching out forever, with the mountains in the background. The bed was extra comfortable, and the room had every modern amenity we could want. We especially appreciated the black-out curtains and soundproofing — we slept like babies. The pool area was elegant and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and poolside service. We also tried the breakfast and dinner buffets, and both were amazing — fresh ingredients and lots of variety. This is the kind of place where you truly recharge. Worth every euro.
