Everything was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful, the room was absolutely worth it, clean and spacious. The pool was very big and it was generally a pleasure. Would definitely come back! And also, last but not least, the Halcyon restaurant with its amazing dishes and excellent service. Congrats and keep up the good work!

Easily the best property we've ever stayed in. The place is exceptional, the photos barely do it justice, and the staff are outstanding. We stayed in the huge honeymoon suite and had the best time. Can't recommend it enough.

The rooms were exceptional, very spacious. We stayed here to play golf and it was a good course. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool and gym. You do need a car to get to see other things aside from golf.

We had a wonderful stay – perfect for a few days of luxury. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. We booked the all-inclusive option and were very happy with both the food and the drinks. Our suite was advertised with a sea view. While the room was lovely, the sea is quite far from the hotel, so the view was limited. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend the hotel for shorter stays.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – 5 Stars! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views and every luxury you could ask for. The amenities were top-notch – from the serene spa and modern gym to the stunning pool area and delicious on-site restaurants. All facilities of the hotel are modern and well maintained. The hotel is located just next to the beach, we saw sea from our ground level room and were on the beach in 15 seconds. The hotel itself remained relatively quite, no noisy neighbours in direct vicinity, hence a good place to rest (but then we were there over Easter, not sure how it is during the high season). Breakfast had ample variety. We also tried all 5 restaurants for dinner and the food was great, with dishes typically on bigger size (starter+main+dessert hence typically was too much). The 5 restaurants are actually 5 different open kitchens in the same building. Staff was helpful and forthcoming, ladies serving breakfast were particularly great. Overall, great experience, we would return.

    Amazing Resort and extensive facilities on site. Staff are amazing. Also one of the best mani/pedi I ever had at the salon. Resort is about 30 minutes from airport, and would say for a 5* Europe resort, this lives up to expectation, but don't compare to a 5* Caribbean or Mexico Resort, so bear that in mind. We stayed at the Ocean view room which had spectacular views. The Rocky beach was just fantastic with the lounges and beds, and considering how busy this resort is, never noticed it and never felt overcrowded, and you never had to reserve benches or lounges by the beach or pool, there was more than enough to go round and even more spare. A la Carte restaurants that were amazing and my favourites are Umi (Sushi), Azzuro (Italian), Thalassa for breakfast & lunch, Poseidon. A real let down of the restaurants was Nami, only delicious items were the Starters. Staff at this resort were fantastic overall, but special thanks to the following: Anastasi, Konstantina, Angelina, Ritsa and Lucas.

    Hersonissos is lively to many restaurants and bars. Having a car is an advantage as the best beaches and many restaurants recommended to us were not within walking distance. Best nearby restaurants were Areston and Avli. Skipper is reaonable on the restaurant strip. A bus service is available but we did not use it. Lots to do in Heraklion which can be reached by bus or car. We went to Agios Nikolaos and to Elounda. Good walks in both directions from the flat

    I recommend all inclusive because the prices at the terrace and restaurants are quite high.The mayor's office should take care of the city because there are many places that look like after the war.

    It is a nice location having a lot of restaurants and shops. The best location for eating was the White Lion restaurant which I recommend. In terms of activities, you can have some cruises, various trips like safari, jet ski, sea sailing.

    Dress code at dinner is not kept. people (especialy man( come with shots, bathing suits, flipflops etc. Good for families with children. very noisy because of thet. Less suitable for elderly people that look for a quiet resors.

    Promenade wonderful, bars & restaurants either side offering lovely meals. Quieter at the East end, livelier at West End. Really fun place. Only complaint was that some bars played really loud clubbing type music, not impressed when you want to sit & chat.

    The location and clean room. Supermarket, boulevard, restaurants, beach, bus, all nearby. The room is nice, no noise from the street. There is a good size refrigerator, watercooker, tosti maker, hot water. The balcony is nice, i saw the sea in distance and took my breakfast in the sun. Maria gave all information on time and is so friendly! I love to come back again next time on Crete. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for a few euros and some times you can take which people left behind for others to use.

    - Very high standard accomodation, luxurious modern new building - you could literally stay in your room and they will handle everything for you - Jacuzzi room is something that makes you want to stay in the hotel and just enjoy the private garden with jacuzzi - breakfast to the room - food delivery to the room from a modern greek restaurant - welcome drink and awesome bar (top notch drinks/food) - directly in front of the hotel entrance is one of the best traditional tavernas on Crete - beautiful swimming pool

    This is a hidden gem of a place, all the staff are lovely very friendly and helpful, I was in one of the older rooms but had no complaints it was spotless and large and the bed was the best I’ve slept in in Crete. The only thing I didn’t like was the dreaded shower curtain but definitely not a dealbreaker. A lovely selection for breakfast (not too keen on the coffee ) only because I prefer a barista style coffee. The pool doesn’t get much sun at this time of the year.

    I love everything about the place. The hard-working receptionists, cleaners, entertainers, drivers, managers bar attendants always want to make life comfortable. I was impressed with Nicos and the managers who made our life very smooth any time we approached them with an issue. The place was always super clean with lots of food, entertainment, drinks, wines, and a lot more. I cannot fault this place and I recommend it highly to everyone who wants to travel to Crete. ,
