The owner is very polite and hospitable! At the beginning of our stay we received a delicious Greek frape coffee! The apartment is in a beautiful place, right next to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and a swimming pool with a drink bar :-). High quality service - the apartment was cleaned every day (the cleaning lady was very nice and cordial). A few steps from the apartment there are several taverns where you can eat very well. There is a market very close.

Owners and staff were amazing. The location and views were simply just stunning. Pool great with infinity view, nice breakfast and dinner. What you see in the pictures are true. An amazing hotel with great big rooms and a fine balcony. We did not try the beach but there is a shuttle service from the hotel. All in all just a great stay and we will be happy to return in Spring or Autumn.

If you're looking for a quiet retreat in Messinia, the Sunrise Village Beach Hotel is the place to go. I loved every moment. The hotel's location is idyllic, surrounded by nature and right on the beach. My room was well-appointed and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and complimentary water bottles. The service was impeccable and the employees made us feel like valued guests. The breakfast was also fresh and varied, providing the perfect start to my time for exploring the area. Everything! 😀 Sylvia, the host, gave us recommendations for surroundings, car rental, and bus schedule. I enjoyed the fresh figs the host left for us in the fridge. The apartment is cosy, close to city center within a walking distance. For us, it was perfect due to its kitchenette where we prepared breakfast. Petalidi is a small town with few foreign tourists, but vivid, especially during the night when locals go out. I loved the local flavour.
