Incredible and calm location on the half-island Paliki - breathtaking view Obviously the best accommodation we have ever had. Very confortable furniture and and excellent style. Modern and perfectly working technology (AC, washing machine, TV, oven) The Villa had everything you will need in your holiday. (washing machine, cooking facilities and equipment, TV (with NETFLIX) Excellent infinity pool placed on the huge outdoor area with a lot of privacy. Beautiful and cute lights during the night You can totally relax during your holiday. The owner is very friendly and obliging. We made the request if a later check-out id possible and it was no problem (free later check-out). The Villa was cleaned every 3 days (your bed linen will be changed, whole villa cleaned incl. Pool area) A car is recommended and necessary to reach in less then 10 min the second largest city of Kefalonia (Lixouri) - with many food spots, bakeries and some shopping facilities. Not as touristy, which offers more relaxed and authentic holiday experience.

What a beautiful villa. Such an awesome place to hang out with friends or family and look out at the water, and very comfortable indoors with great air conditioning in hot temperatures outside. Hosts were so responsive and so accommodating to any needs. We were so happy here and did not want to leave.

Very peaceful location away from the crowds. Beautiful, spacious grounds with lovely gardens and terraces and a large, gorgeous pool. Every room has it's own balcony with sea views. The breakfast buffet was generous with lots of sweet and savoury choices including delicious Greek yoghurt, pastries and cakes. Excellent restaurants and stunning beaches only a short drive away.

    Our stay at Moncasa was incredible from start to finish.

    Our stay at Moncasa was incredible from start to finish. On arrival, we were welcomed by both Kostas and Katerina, who had filled our fridge with fresh fruits from their garden, as well as a selection of traditional Greek treats that we found on the kitchen table. After showing us around the apartment, they said their goodbyes and left us to enjoy the fantastic views from the veranda, but not before letting us know that we were very welcome to help ourselves to any fruit & veg that are growing downstairs in their garden! Instantly we were made to feel right at home, which played a big part as to why our stay at Moncasa was so perfect. The following day we joined the hosts in the garden where we all chatted and ate fruits from the trees. We also asked for recommendations for a local restaurant. Katerina recommended ‘Mezzo’ which was fantastic. Katerina even gave us some of her delicious Greek food to try one afternoon (stuffed peppers & aubergines). The hospitality was absolutely incredible, and the home itself was breathtaking. An overall great experience, and would definitely return to Moncasa if ever in Kefalonia again.
