We received a very warm welcome by the host and felt treated like royalty! Lots of little extras in the room like the use of dressing gowns and slippers whilst there. The decor was great and had an island feel to it. The property has a lovely terrace/balcony overlooking a well maintained garden, where one can sit and have breakfast, or relax in the afternoon. The WiFi was very good. The very picturesque little harbour of Porto Rafti is only about 100 metres away. We couldn't have been in a better location! We would definitely choose to stay here again, if we are in the area.

Have stayed at Athenas garden house for 2 weeks in the summer and wanting to stay again in Porto Rafti I choose the place again because it was amazing! We relaxed on the grass in the garden and the spacious veranda enjoyng our coffee or drink wathcing the breathtking view of the bay . Many beacjhes to choose from .This time we were able to enjoy the space in the winter. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the blazing fire! The bed is extra comfortable. The bedding is luxurious and the towles extra soft and fresh. as well as all its bath equipment and beach towels. It feels like a hotel thanks to all these little touches! Athena is an excellent host. Kind attending and very communicative! We recommend this place to stay without a second thought !

    Felt safe to walk around as a solo traveller, not a lot of shops but it has everything you need for a short stay. Lovely views, perfect if you like swimming in the sea. Really close to the airport without feeling like it. Not hugely busy even in the middle of summer, perfect for a quiet getaway

    Great for swimming, fresh air and a lot of cafes and restaurants. About 30 minutes from the airport. Buses are not that reliable out of season so a car hire might be needed. Erotospilia beach was lovely but expect a walk as you cannot park nearby.

    Beautiful views of the sea.

    Beautiful views of the sea. Nice cafes and restaurants dotted along the shoreline. A nice dip in the sea along a sandy and pebble beach. Nice to watch the sailboats. I enjoyed a tasty kebab meal near the inland marina. The restaurant had a birdcage and a big dog outside. It’s easy to walk around Porto Rafti. There’s a bus from Athens to Porto Rafti around one and a half hours. I understand that it’s very crowded in the summer. I was there off season in early November. Delicious sunsets.

    The sea is really nice, great water temperature and not too crowded. Good restaurants near the coastline with mostly very good price value ratio. Thre are not many places under trees or such which provide you with some shadow. You better be there a bit earlier to find a good spot - first come first serve!

    This location is ONLY for LOCAL people (Greeks).

    This location is ONLY for LOCAL people (Greeks). If you are planning to stay there to catch your flight at the airport. It is a very bad idea. This location doesn't have UBER. Don't take the TAXI at this location, TAXI will charge double the price. The HOTEL staff offer no help or no knowledge about anything except calling for a TAXI if you need it. The only reason I made this mistake of picking up this location is because BOOKING.COM have this HOTEL with 4 stars and no information in regards to not been able to easily transport to the airport.

    The place was so quiet, very natural and peaceful.

    The place was so quiet, very natural and peaceful. I recommend going there by car because in the area I was in there was a shortage of shops however in 2 kilos far there were lots of shops and varsity. I loved the place and my family as well. And for sure we will go there in the next vacation for a longer period.
