Just 1 hour away from Igoumenitsa, this place is magic. Located directly at the beach. Spacious room with private terrace. The landlord Marina is super nice and helpful and speaks fluent English! There is a taverna just next door! Perfect place to relax

Very nice and quite location if you like to be on a quiet beach almost private to the hotel. A big bonus was that the sunbeds and umbrella were free. The hotel is on the beach. The beach is a mixture of sand and some stones but mainly sand with cristal clear water. If you want to be close to the thereses and other hotels is not the place for you. There is a hotel terrace /restaurant where you can eat and the food is very good but if you want something else you need to drive to Vrachous Beach which is about 7-10 min driving. There you will find restaurants, terraces, shops, long beach area with water sports activities. It is recommended to have a car otherwise you will be stuck there. Overall a good experience.

The apartment is new, clean and has all the amenities.The perfect beach is just a few steps from the accommodation, and within the camp there is also a restaurant with excellent service.As a special plus, I would like to highlight the attitude of all the employees at the camp, who were kind and always at your service, especially the manager Spyros.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beachfront hotel. The location is simply breathtaking, with the hotel situated right on the beach. The room we stayed in was not only nice, but also impeccably clean, and it offered us an incredible view of the sea. Waking up to such a mesmerizing sight was truly unforgettable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delightful. The food was delicious and satisfying, and we appreciated the pleasant atmosphere in which it was served. The added bonus of enjoying it with a view of the sea made each morning feel even more special. Moreover, the host of the hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they made us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their attentiveness and friendly nature created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel enough. The beachside location, pristine rooms, delightful breakfast, and the incredibly hospitable host made our experience truly remarkable. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and we would gladly return in the future. Thank you for providing us with such a memorable and enjoyable stay!

The view from the room is awesome and the young siblings that own the Hotel are really friendly! Filippos showed us around the property and spent some time with us late in the evening when we finished our food, at the Hotels restaurant. Food is traditionally Greek and tasty! Very good price for what they are offering! Planning to go back again later this summer!

    Small Village near the sea full of rent rooms and few small hotels, tavernas , supermarket . Its few kilometers near Vrachos-Loutsa beautiful beach. Nice location about 35 kilometers from Preveza or Parga.

    Such a perfect holiday!

    Such a perfect holiday! We stayed at the large appartment with the terrace. Not only was it with the sea view, there was a lemon tree with lots of lemons on one side and a 600-year-old olive tree on the other. We felt extremely fortunate to be able to stay in a villa with such a beautiful garden. There was a banana plant, a Norfolk pine, kumquat and other trees and plants. There was also a swallow nest above the front door so we watched the chicks beeing fed. The owner was very friendly, helpful but never intrusive, a perfect gentleman. We had a great time swimming in the bay with some rocks, lots of different kinds of fish and even a turtle! That was definitely the highlight of my holiday. Ligia is a small quiet village with a shop, bakery and 3 restaurants in a short walking distance. Our favourite restaurant was close to the shop. We went on 3 great trips to see picturesque Parga, Lefkada – Porto Katsiki Beach, the lighthouse and the waterfalls – all worth seeing. The last trip was to see the ancient city of Cassope. The view from the top of the amphitheatre, which was made for 6000 people, is a must see! I even found a big tortoise munching on some roots there! We will treasure our wonderful memories forever!     Although we stayed at the hotel for only 3 days, we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom had recently been renovated with a modern look. The staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We definitely recommend staying at this small yet cozy hotel.

    I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The location îs perfect. I’ve been here three times and I recommend it to others. PS : The sunsets here are absolutely stunning.
