The stuff were very nice I came with my dog and they were super nice with him as well and offered helped. The room is large and very clean. Its very close to the airport so helpful if you have a night connection or need something close they also have free shuttle to the airport. Only disadvantage not many turistic sightseeing in the arae and far from the city center.

We stayed at Varaba Country House because we needed a place near the airport for our early flight the next morning. Prior to our stay we were given direct instructions how to get to the house, which were very helpful, alternativ is a fair priced shuttle Service, I would recommend. The house is very lovely, with a beautiful courtyard and rooms. We were sad that we were only staying for one night. Nikolia is very helpful, we will come again!

An excellent apartment, clean comfortable, well appointed and convenient for Athens Airport. Fotini is an excellent host, meeting us in a timely manner with the keys and providing useful local advice. Highly recommended if you have a late arrival or early departure from Athens Airport.

The apartment was spotless, and contact with the host was at the very professional level, we received clear instructions about checking in and checking out. There was an option for secure parking at e10, which was very convenient for us. There were 5 of us and host kindly prepared spare bed for the 5th person in the living room. We were informed about local shops and restaurants.

It was only a night and the owner Eleni was really helpful, she booked us a taxi and explained how public transportation works. The appartment was super clean and fully furnished, we loved the shower :)

    The only negative thing was it was a bit further from the...

    The only negative thing was it was a bit further from the airport than I expected. The taxi ride was 25 euros, however the owners took us to the airport in the morning for only 15 euros. I would advise others to make arrangements with them to pick up upon arrival.

    The staff was amazing, our flight was delayed and she called to check on us to make sure everything was ok. We got there too late to really enjoy the property but I absolutely loved what I did get to see. Would absolutely recommend!!

    What a wonderful location and place for a short term stay...

    What a wonderful location and place for a short term stay close to the Athens airport. Free shuttle is a true bonus! The room is spacious and has all the amenities you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the main square. I would definitely recommend staying here. Only negative thing is that I’m a light sleeper so the noises coming from the heater and the kitchen woke me up throughout the night.

    Good for a short stop over before flying out.

    Good for a short stop over before flying out. Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle, etc and basic supplies ( coffee, sugar etc) and toiletries. Even a washing machine! We loved the two balconies, one overlooking a small garden and grapevines. Take out is available and there is nice grill restaurant within walking distance, near the main church. Good airconditioning. Good water pressure. A wonderful host ( Maria) The neighborhood looks a bit scrappy, wouldn't walk around much in the evening. Public transportation is inconvenient, if you have returned your car, but a shuttle is available to airport.

    I liked the shuttle service and proximity to the grocery store. I disliked the unkempt condition of the beds, the unclean sinks in both kitchen and bathroom area. The management offered an alternate room to stay the first night while they sent the cleaning lady to clean the scheduled room for the following day. When we got back into the initial room we recognized that the bed linens were changed and the sinks were cleaned. However, there were bowls missing as well.

    Great shuttle to the property and back to the airport the next day. Great little town where we could walk just down the street for breakfast. Felt very safe and loved the local neighborhood and the locals. Perfect.
