The apartment was very clean, close to the beach and the villa was located in a very peaceful and quiet place. There is one restaurant and a shop close to the apartment. Location was excellent. A few minutes (walking) away from the beach. Same with the main supermarkets. And there were also a grocery store in the street, butchery, bakery… The residence was peaceful (but our room was on the opposite side of the street), and quite well protected from the sun so you could enjoy the terrace. In term of equipment, there was everything you might need. Very clean, very well maintained. And last but not least, owners were very nice.

    A nice little place close to the bigger towns (Stavros and Asprovalta) for those who like a bit more of a hustle and bustle. I liked the fact that there wasn't much noise and the beach was close by.

    Beautiful little settlement with all the needed...

    Beautiful little settlement with all the needed accomodations for family vacation, without much of night noise. Perfect with families with children, with the long and wide beaches. Situated in between Asprovalta and Paralia Vrasna, excellent for beach walks, even to the town of Stavros.

    As most of the Greek sea side places, small, lot of shops and tavernas by the sea , crowded especially at night. The beach is long and wide, with lot of sunbeds and umbrelas bars where you just pay for the drinks and can use the sunbeds. There is also lot of free space where you can put your own umbrelas. Sea is calm in the mornings and lot of waves in the afternoons.

    The villa is very close to the beach, taverns and shops, cleaning is done daily, friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable, the room well equipped, terrace where you can eat. The water is clear and clean, without algae, is deep from about 3-4 meters away from the shore, children must be supervised. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but you can also sit under your own umbrella. There is a promenade for walking, with many shops and taverns. Asprovalta can also be reached on foot.

    Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. If you want to enjoy the beach in peace and quiet this is the place to go. If you want to explore by car, in 30min radius there are half a dozen secluded sandy beaches.

    Mr Leonidis was very nice and friendly.

    Mr Leonidis was very nice and friendly. The room is fully equipped. The hotel is clean and close to the beach-less then 100 metres. The only one minus is - there were only 2 TV programs available- Eurosport in German and another one TV Program in Serbian Language.

    Our family (with two kids) had an AMAZING stay! We had also friends in three other rooms who were very satisfied. All the rooms are very comfortable, extremely clean and have everything you needed for your perfect vacation. The family who runs the hotel are amazing, friendly people and will always help you if you have questions. The location is perfect and you have beach, bakery, small supermarket and one of the beat restaurants we’ve been in GR in 3min. walk. I recommend this place with two hands and will definitely come back!
