The apartment was beautiful, well laid out and perfectly presented - the perfect place to stay in Ouranoupoli for a boat trip to Mount Athos and visit the surrounding area. Ioannis was super helpful with information and helping me with a minor car issue. Can’t recommend this place enough - was only here two nights but wish I’d stayed a bit longer. It has some fantastic restaurants, like Kokkinos and MARE. The Ammouliani beach on the opposite side of the island is completely worth everything. The town itself is not particularly picturesque, but the surrounding beaches, scenery and landscape are majestic. The beds were comfy, our room had a big terrace, bathroom was small but functional. We had amazing views towards the sea. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but it lacks sunbeds and bars. If you want to visit a proper beach bar, you'll need to go by car. But the city center is very close by, as well as the free beach in front.
