Milia is a wonderful place, in the hills, surrounded by trees and mountains. Beautiful old buildings with character. More than all this, its approach to a sustainable gentle life means a lighter footprint on the land and local people. Lovely friendly staff throughout. The birdlife, flora etc are varied. Great food in the restaurant for both supper and breakfast. A very relaxed stay - our second visit!

Aside from the super friendly staff and heart warming breakfast, everything about the location is very well designed, a lot of attention went into the interior design and the materials used in the finishes. About the breakfast - it was a delight, rich and really tasty; we stayed three days and enjoyed a bit of variety every day. Also I really enjoyed the extra espresso included in the menu apart from the regular coffee. Definitely on our shortlist for a future travel in Crete and I wholeheartedly reccomend them! The proximity to Balos, Elafonosi and Falasarna beaches makes this boutique hotel a perfect choice rather than driving all the way from Chania.

It was perfect! We were 2 adults and 2 children 11 and 12 years old. The apartment was so big and there was everything you need. Two big balcony’s and so much space. Ocean view. Close to the sea and restaurants. Wonderful pool. Great staff. Thanks!

I thoroughly recommend this warm-welcoming hotel. The staff is keen and helpful. Ideal location to explore western Crete. Set on a quiet place by the sea, many taverns on the shore and Kissamos' centre can be reached by foot. Rooms are perfectly clean. Excellent breakfast.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is in a quiet location just outside of Kissamos. While we did not get chance to use them the pool, spa and sauna looked great. The staff member that we met was very friendly and helpful.
