Where to begin with Anadeo….From the breathtaking views and tranquil setting to tasteful modern decor and spacious suite, the list could go on. What made our stay at Anadeo, however, was Nikoletta’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness. Based on her recommendation, we changed our dinner reservation and ended up at a location much more suitable for our family and tastes. There was even a baby towel for our one-year-old which melted this mama’s heart. Her calming presence and helpfulness took a stay at this stunning hotel over the top. Thank you so very much and looking forward to next time.

Where to start.. this place has the whole package! Views/ room quality/ amazing breakfast/ friendly staff/ beautifully kept gardens. The rooms are all modern and stylish. Their is a bar and mini bar in your room too. We visited the local restaurant just up the hill, the atmosphere is so lovely and welcoming there. You do ideally need a car to sightsee as it’s very remote. Lefkada harbour is very beautiful with lovely bars/ restaurants, you can easily just take a stroll and stop off for a bite to eat/ drink as we did. We visited the castle directly across the mountains which is now unfortunately just ruins, the local farmer let’s his cattle roam. However on the drive back we discovered a old town that was destroyed by a earthquake and that was very pretty. It had baby pigs/ lambs etc just roaming it was lovely. Beaches lovely. We drove down to the one with the 100 steps with the broken bridge, was lovely. Made a stop for a beautiful Greek salad on route in a restaurant called Greco Levante it was lovely. So many people would drive past then you’d see them reverse and come in. The views are also very beautiful. So all in all if your lucky enough to stay at the katouna spa I’m very envious as it truly is stunning.

Rating: 100 out of 10 🌟 Our stay with Kostas and his wonderful family was one of the warmest and most heartfelt experiences we’ve ever had while traveling! From the very first moments, we felt their genuine hospitality, care, and kindness. The atmosphere in the apartment was incredibly cozy - everything was thoughtfully arranged with love and attention to detail. Each morning started with delicious breakfasts ! And the evenings, sipping wine on the terrace while watching the magical sunsets, were pure bliss and relaxation. Kostas and his family are incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous people. Thanks to them, we felt not like guests in a hotel, but truly at home. We’ll gladly recommend this place to all our friends and we’re already dreaming of coming back.     Pinakokhorion is a traditional, peaceful mountain village.

    Pinakokhorion is a traditional, peaceful mountain village. It's a just a twenty minute car ride to the nearest beach, Pefkoulia, which is excellent. Though many mountain villages in Greece are nearly deserted, this one had life! You just need to plan ahead to buy groceries in Lazarata (the neighboring village) or Karya, or Lefkada town.

    Nice House in good location that was clean and well...

    Nice House in good location that was clean and well furnished. There are actually two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twins beds which both have wardrobes. The two sofa beds are in the upstairs lounge and the other one is downstairs in the Kitchen living room with a downstairs bathroom. So not three separate bedrooms, but as there were only two of us that was not a problem. It is a 10 minute walk to Lazarata Square for the nearest Taverna, Creperie, Supermarket, two bakeries and two petrol stations or a couple of minutes in the car. Karya Village is 3 kilometres away and 10 minutes in the car with multiple shops, Tavernas, Bars etc... and the main Town of the Island is 9 kilometres and 15 minutes by car The Kambos plain below Pinakochori is worth exploring and the I think the Road to the West Coast beach of Pefkoulia is now open which saves time going to Exanthia to get down to the West Coast Road. There are so many lovely Villages and Beaches that it is worth exploring, the views form the Mountains are stunning.
