Great hotel. We were among the first people staying here as it had only recently opened so not all ammenities were available yet. Location is absolutely stunning, the view from our terrace and from the main restaurant was amazing. Very calm area at this time of year (end of april), which allows you to enjoy the true charm of Crete. The staff in the hotel was super nice, rooms very comfortable and excellent service. We booked half board and are both vegetarian. We loved the food, allthough not specifically targetted to vegetarians. More than enough options at the buffet but would have been great to see some vegetarian versions of Greek classics (veggy moussaka for example?). Specific shoutout to Marios, who made us feel super comfortable and we actually missed him on his one day off.

Amazing!! It’s comfortable, welcoming, and impeccably clean — but what truly sets it apart is the exceptionally rare quality of service. From the family who owns the hotel to the entire staff, we were treated like royalty. Don’t hesitate to try the two restaurants and the cocktail bar, also run by the family — the quality is just as outstanding. the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

The breakfast had a lot of different options and it was very tasty. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The room exceeded our expectations and it was definitely worth the value we paid for the room. The staff was super nice and I made a request before check-in to surprise my fiancé and they promptly got it ready for me. I truly appreciate it! Definitely will consider this hotel again if I cross that side of the island again in the future.

Really friendly staff, from the reception to the beach staff, the restaurants, the snack bar, the cleaning staff. Perfect!!! Special thanks to the guest relations manager Yannis!!! The food in the main restaurant...amazing...breakfast and dinner buffet...just exceptional. Beach was 10+++, the sea...amazing. The pools were clean... perfection. We will be coming back!!!! Best vacation so far (family, 2 kids)

    Paradise, people are lovely, shops and restaurants are really quite expensive but eating out is also a treat as all fish and shelfish are caught fresh from plaka seas. The island of Spinalonga is a beautiful place to visit, such great History that should never be forgotten. If it were possible for me to have stayed longer, I would of stayed in a heartbeat. I will always appreciate my stay in Plaka, one day I will return. Many thanks for the experience Lindsay xx
