We stayed at the hotel for a week in July, and the experience was amazing. Beautiful rooms; a delicious welcome drink, breakfast served in the room every day according to the menu, a wonderful hot tub, and a stunning view from the pool. The staff was definitely the highlight – outstanding customer service and delicious food in the restaurant. For the first time in a long while, I was able to truly relax. Thank you for everything.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They kindly allowed me to check in early, which was a huge plus after a long journey. The room was spotless, well equipped, and clearly recently renovated—very comfortable and modern. The location was perfect: I could walk to town in about 25 minutes, and the hotel had direct access to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Aeilia :) The room was excellent and our host Marsel, was fantasic! He met us when we arrived and was so helpful sharing information about the area and where to visit, eat, etc. The location was perfect for us - just outside of town (Istros) and close to 2 beautiful beaches (Voulisma and Agiou - the local one a town), many restaurants, and super markets. The kitchen was well fitted with everything we needed - Marsel had fresh fruit, water and some coffee pods there for us when we arrived. There was also s+p and olive oil to use :) The pool was really enjoyable after a day exploring the area and this property is impeccably maintained. We would absolutely return here if we ever find ourselves in Crete again!

Beautiful place, fab location right across from beach and a few restaurants. The apt was really spacious and lovely, you could open the balcony doors right back so it was like being inside but outside on the comfiest armchairs! The aircon worked great, gorgeous relaxing pool area, great staff, and a beautiful gift on departure. We stayed an extra night so it must have been good! Thank you we will be back!
