Very elegant, modern, and functional villa. Beautifully furnished. It is located in the ZIA area, in the center of the island of Kos, slightly elevated, halfway between the airport and the seaport. A strategic location to avoid the heat, humidity, noise, and smog of Kos while having all the island's beaches within reach (maximum 30 minutes) with a lovely refreshing breeze. The owner, Ms. Ines, is very kind and punctual, even when providing remote assistance.

The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

simply everything was amazing. The staff is super, always there for your needs, decent in the background and never intrusive! everybody is smiling and super friendly! The best part (for us) was the fact, that it was completely quiet all the time, especially during the night and in the morning. We came to relax, sleep well and calm down and Theros was just the perfect fit! We love the atmosphere and the mix between privacy and social gathering there. Room with private pool was perfect, enough space and very modern. Breakfast very tasty - mix between a la carte and buffet is very good. Great Cocktails, good Coffee and also delicious meals for dinner. everything was very clean and also very green - we loved it and will definitely come back with our Families next year!

Our breakfast was excellent! Avocado toast with tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Loved It! For dinner I had the grilled Octopus dish and I have to say it was the best Octopus I ever had. wonderful! The Sweet helpful man that helped us at reception was incredible. Thank you!

no children👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 always calm and quiet!!! the room was so clean and comfortable as well as the communal areas.I also liked the architecture of the hotel. Helpful staff. Nice sea view from the reception. Would recommend if you need a quite place to chill with your partner!

    This is an upside down house, which is very justified in the warm climate of Kos. This way, the bedrooms stay cool, while in the warmer open plan living-kitchen area, one doesn't spend much time except in the mornings and evenings during the holiday. Of course, there is air conditioning on both levels. It's a wonderful place. Quiet, yet close to all essential sights and beaches. The view from the balconies is fantastic, and the house itself is of very high quality. Highly recommended.
