The host was really friendly and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. We were greeted with cold drinks and candy. Enough room for the whole family. Even though they didn't have a crib, they offered different options for us so that we would feel comfortable. Free parking, great view, games for children (played Twister myself too :)) Would definitely stay there again :) P.S. Karlobag beach (with the famous swing) was great!

Very lovely and welcoming host, smooth communication and flexible check-in. We stayed one night before starting our hiking trip, but would definitely come back for a longer stay. The apartment has an amazing location and sea-view from its terrace, it's spacious, clean and exceptionally equipped.

The apartment was spotless clean, well-organized, and fully equipped – we truly had everything we needed. It was so beautiful and cozy that we would have happily stayed for several more days. The location right on the beach is simply perfect, and the huge balcony is a real bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks!

    Baške Oštarije are a great base for many hiking trails on...

    Baške Oštarije are a great base for many hiking trails on Velebit mountain. We climbed 10 peaks in 4 days and not one starting point was more then a 20 minute ride away from Baške Oštarije. The village itself has no store, so you need to do your shopping beforehand, or drive to Gospić or Karlobag (20 mins) for groceries, or any other service. There is one restaurant in the village - Hostel Baške Oštarije, and a cheese store with local award-winning cheese.
