Level 5 has a fantastic rooftop pool, great breakfast and new tidy rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and beyond kind. It is a bit far from the city but you can go there by car as there are many parking spaces close to the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

Welcoming, friendly and personable boutique hotel - stylishly designed with attention to detail and immaculately clean. Convenient location to Porec finest beaches, shops, restaurants and Old Town. Peaceful at night with an exceptional breakfast on offer! Guests are provided with fresh local breads, cheese, coffee, honey and meats. The Spirito Santos Palazzo was welcoming and was a very unique place. Your surroundings while staying there will be of the utmost in comfort. The staff are extremely welcoming and so lovely and ready to help with anything you need. They really go above and beyond! The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Carmen will greet you and you will just fall in love with her. She will make you anything you like with a smile of course what a lovely lady! The dining room was small but lovely and cosy! Fabulous chef made an amazing meal for us. We will definitely be passing the word about this place we very much enjoyed our stay!!
