The room with a sea view was just wow. The staff, especially Ivanna at reception and Andrey in the restaurant, were professional and kind. The beach was quiet and felt like it was just for us. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to friends.

Villa Drago is located in the quiet town of Marina , away from the hustle and bustle of Trogir. Our host Drago and his wife were very warm , friendly and welcoming on our arrival and during our stay. Drago is an absolute gentleman. Villa Drago sits right on the coast of the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. The centre of Marina is a 20 minute walk away and there is a Tommy and Studenac store for groceries. Across the road from the accommodation is a beach bar and a bakery.

Being a Croat living abroad I visit Croatia for over 40 years now and....this was one of the best apartments I have been to! Great quiet location with the best hosts you can imagine. Look no further, Green Paradise is simply excellent. Clean, close to sea yet quiet surroundings, new, big modernly equiped apartment. We'll be back, Vlado and Olja! Thanks for a great stay.

The stay in apartment Datala was terrific. We stayed in for 12 days and enjoyed every minute. The kitchen is well-equipped. The big fridge allows you to buy and cool enough fruits, including the big watermelons that are so usual in Croatia and other stuff that needs cooling. When you do not want to go outside to the restaurant, you can prepare your meal on a glass ceramic induction hob, using different pans and pots from the kitchen cabinet. Part of the kitchen equipment is a manual espresso machine, which is also a significant advantage when having breakfast in the apartment. The king-size bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, and the cabinet where you can unpack all your stuff with enough hangers makes you feel at home. I did not try the comfortability of the other bed in the other bedroom, but as the kids did not claim and woke up every day in a good mood, I suppose that even this folding bed was comfy. The bathroom isn't very spacious, but it has everything you need! Besides the sink, toilet, and shower, the owner got into this room, as well as washing and drying machines and a cabinet with cleaning supplies. The only slight problem is with the parking. We were travelling with a Toyota ProAce Verso, which is not a tiny car. We left our car across the street when we arrived, but when we left the place because of the trip, it was occupied by someone else. Two or three days we parked our car in the parking place next to the house, but we received a note from the Ambulance staff (Ambulance is in the basement of the house); then we left our car on the main street leading to the beach, which was comfortable for us now as we were leaving the beach stuff in it. Marina is a small but well-equipped town with many restaurants, two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a sweet shop that sells many different kinds of ice cream and makes pancakes. The beaches are not sandy but have little white stones, but you still needn't wear shoes.

The family was super helpfull, the house was clean and they clean the pool every single day. We will always choose this house. Everything was a solid 10 stars. This was our best apartment in Croatia. We had tears in our eyes when we left. This is the place to stay if You want comfort, no noise, relaxation and just a friendly environment. Our son was always smiling.

Great location overlooking the harbour area and only a short stroll to a swimming beach. Lovely host, who let us check in early and took great care of us. Very nice apartment. We were only there for one night but would happily have stayed for longer.

The outside pool area was amazing! It had everything you could ever want, the pool and outside BBQ specifically were superb. We could not have been happier with the Villa. Ante was also amazing, welcoming us with food and drink and also giving us loads of idea of things to do nearby. We would love to come back!

    Marina was lovely. It is a Marina.

    Marina was lovely. It is a Marina. The port is the focal point for everything going on. There are restaurants and a few shops. We were lucky enough to coincide with local celebrations on 25th July which meant a popular Croatian band played in the centre. If you are after rest and relaxation this is the place to go!

    I went to Marina to pick up/return a boat from marina Agana; it was a perfect choice because it was so close and it has a nice beach for a first/last swim. I would not spend more than one day there though.

    Lovely location with a choice of local restaurants/bars and two supermarkets. Decent range of cheap local bus options to get to/from Trogir from the centre of Marina and some direct bus options to Split from the main road.

    A lovely new modern hotel in a quiet fishing village.

    A lovely new modern hotel in a quiet fishing village. Many Multi-generational Croatian families using the public beach in front of the hotel. A few local restaurants. A lovely quiet location for a short "fly and flop" stay. I would return!

    We visited Marina and stayed in Villa Dolac.

    We visited Marina and stayed in Villa Dolac. It truly is a beautiful, peaceful place, surrounded by untouched nature but close to the shops, beach, great bars and restaurants by the sea. In the village is one of the best restaurant we have ever experienced - Konoba Sesula. We could jog by the hills every day, play sports, exercise in the gym, have fun by the amazing infinity heated pool without disturbing anyone, the villa is excellent for athletes and families. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Croatia, Trogir and Split.

    We stayed in Marina for 3 nights at the end of a Sunsail...

    We stayed in Marina for 3 nights at the end of a Sunsail flotilla. Was lovely to have a nice hotel to relax in for a few days. There are some nice restaurants in Marina and we took a bus to Trogir for an afternoon/evening which was easy and cheap. NB: We ended up getting an Uber back as we missed the bus and it was only €14. Not much to do in Marina itself but we were only there to relax and swim so perfect for us.

    It was a great location, comfortable, clean and with a nice view, 80m from the sea. Our host Marina was very, very supportive and always there to help. When we arrived a plate with cheese, ham and Salami was waiting, together with fresh bread, Juice and 2 cold beers. The beds were excellent. The little gifts as we left, will us always remind on a great holiday. And one comment for Marina: you are not doing only a job...it is your passion..😁👍 Thanks from Klaus & Nadine!

    The place was super clean and nicely decorated. Basic necessities are available on arrival. Plenty of towels. Cutlery and cooking equipment is good. Plenty of toys and floaties for kids/infants to use in the pool. Marina itself offers some decent price/value restaurants, small supermarkets, bakery and pleasant beach all within walking distance. Overal we loved our stay.

    We really liked our stay at hotel Marinus. Everything was clean, the breakfast was exceptional, staff was helpful & the location is good. The atmosphere in Marina is relaxed & with good restaurant options. We stayed at the hotel for a week & all of our expectations where met. I would recommend staying here without hesitation.
